Big news for Guildhall Games!

BOLD Commercial Real Estate had the pleasure of representing Guildhall Games as they signed a lease for their new downtown Durham location.

After outgrowing their original space at Boxyard RTP, Jake and Nicole were ready for the next chapter: a larger, more flexible space where they could welcome even more people to play, gather, discover new games, and host events year-round.

Their new downtown Durham space is more than 10 times larger than their current location and already has incredible bones, including thoughtful architectural design and features that align beautifully with their vision. Now, Jake and Nicole get to make it their own.

We first connected with Guildhall Games in December 2025. Nearly six months later, the lease was signed, and they are preparing to open their doors on August 1.
