Chris Ehrenfeld was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, but was drawn to North Carolina by the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After receiving his bachelor’s degree from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC, Chris decided to make Chapel Hill his permanent home.
In Chris’ 20+ years in real estate in the Triangle region, he has been involved in hundreds of millions of dollars of real estate transactions. Chris is recognized throughout the Triangle as a leader in business in the community where he lives and works, as evidenced by his numerous awards including TBJ 40 Under 40, Inc 5000 fastest growing companies, TBJ fast 50 and more.
Chris is an active leader in his community. Chris has served as the Chair of Chatham Education Foundation, Chatham Economic Development Corporation and Central Carolina Community College Foundation. Chris is also an active board member of the Chapel Hill Chamber of Commerce and the Research Triangle Regional Partnership.

A graduate of UNC Chapel Hill, she has spent the last decade in service of local businesses big and small – advertising, sales, marketing, event production, and commercial brokerage. Chela spent 5 years at The Chamber for a Greater Chapel Hill Carrboro as VP of Member Engagement helping 1,200+ members access resources and people to gain recognition, grow their client base, and hire talent. Then, as an account executive for a local media company, she made it a priority to get to know and welcome each new business to the area.
Chela, who is fluent in Mandarin, has also brokered transactions for clients in Hong Kong and Bratislava. Before proudly planting her roots in Chapel Hill, she lived in Beijing, China, teaching English as a Second Language for 8 years. Chela was also a Chinese as a Second Language instructor at the Chinese School of Chapel Hill for 6 years.

Logan Dietzman is a broker at Bold Commercial Real Estate who specializes in Class A office and retail leasing and investment sales in Chapel Hill and the surrounding areas. Driven by client satisfaction and success, Logan prides himself in providing the best commercial real estate services possible.
After growing up in upstate New York, Logan joined the U.S. Navy where he maintained anti-submarine warfare helicopters and deployed to the Arabian Gulf on the USS George H.W. Bush aircraft carrier. Upon completion of his time in service in 2018, Logan attended NYU Stern where he studied business administration and developed a passion for commercial real estate through various clubs, internships, and late night study sessions overlooking the New York skyline. He spent his summer in Manhattan learning the ropes of brokerage and acquisitions at a large commercial real estate firm that specializes in retail leasing, investment sales, and multifamily development. After one year at NYU, Logan transferred to the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School to complete his undergraduate degree in business administration with a concentration in commercial real estate.
